Best of all, we leverage technology to set your optimal nightly rate. All this with a simple performance fee, and the freedom to visit your home as frequently as you like.
As your vacation rental partner, we’re here to stay. And we hope you are, too. We believe in earning your long-term confidence, not locking you into an ironclad contract. You can cancel your LJRPM agreement at any time, with 120 days’ notice. We’ll just need to honor any reservations that are already booked at your home for that 120-day window.
We make money if you make money. We only collect a fee as a percentage of the revenue we bring to your property. If we don't perform we don't get paid.
